Can't buy RPs

I meant to add some RPs to my account, because of this halloween things and noticed that i have an white screen in my "shop". Tried to repair the client, reinstall the game etc., obviously that didn't help. So i am asking you people what can i do. Proof : http://imgur.com/a/hZ1wo
