Mac having sounds glitches since 5.16

I am having a lot of glitches on sound... sometimes I get something that resembles out of tune radio, and then it goes mute for a while. It's really strange.. it feels like it may be something with positional audio engine bringing up and down volumes like crazy. Some character voices go mute, some effects that loud, like Braums passive stun on last proc play as far away, although in the middle of my screen. I am pretty sure most of my Skarner games have this issue, I am paying attention if when playing other champs I get the same problem.

Also, when I have Ashe on my team, sometimes I can hear the volley from far away, even though I should not. It's not all volleys, it's like once every 2 or 3 minutes. I had this a lot since 5.15 specially when juggling. I was mostly playing Shyvana at the time.
