Infernal Alistar's Q

[SKIN AND PARTICLES] Infernal Alistar's Q does not have the fiery particles when he uses q.

When the game starts. You see Infernal Ali with the usually fierce minotaur look. Then you either pick e or q as first spells. When you start using q, you will see that you wont see the awesome fiery effects when he does the q. The animations for q isn't really buggy but the particles are missing. This has been an issue lately as I have seen someone posted about this bug. No items are causing this bug.

1. Play a game and choose Alistair and pick his Infernal Alistar skin

2. Wait for the game to load

3. When the game loads, Put a point on q.

4. You use q only to find out its like every Alistair q skin.

Making this skin not having its uniqueness among other Alistar skins.

I've played over 2 games with this skin and its q does not have the particles.

I will also post a video with the original one when he has his q flame and post a picture without his flame particles when he used q. I will also try to make a video.
