[CLIENT] Teamchat won't work

When I'm in my game lobby before the game starts, I have been unable to talk with my entire team. Chat in-game works just fine, and I can talk to friends as well.

I'm not sure what this is.

EDIT: Let me be a bit more specific. What's happening is that I am in the pregame lobby, and when I try to type a message, it appears in the typeline, but it won't appear when I send it.

Recreation is pretty straightforward, and it even works in lobbies when I'm with only friends.

But, as I said, it doesn't happen with messaging friends directly.
