alicrity boots enchantment bug

ok,, i can be sure for other games,, but i know that in my last match , i was playing cho'gath,, had a talisman of ascension and ionan boots had a total of 426 movement speed with runes and masteries.Late game i bought the alicrity enchantment for the boots but only went to 442 speed,, wich is to say i only got a 16 point increase instead of the suposed 20 point.

i think it happened before in other games,,but i never gave it much of a tough till now.

I believe this is because movement speed has diminishing returns - it's intended

If you had percent movement speed, the 20 would have gone to your base then added with the extra percent, so it wouldn't be as much.
