Stopped getting Keyfragments n chest after buying 4 chests with rp

This is a bug look i stopped getting key fragments and chest for 2 days still after getting 2 s with new champs all that happend after I bought 4 chests with rp I usually get 3 keys per day but I get none now plz help me and remove this bug from my account Rito this is a bug at least check it
