Warwick Ult does not proc Lichbane or Liandry's Torment

I was testing a new idea in using Liandry's Torment in the training tool. I noticed that Ww q procs Liandry but not his ult. I also tested Lichbane and the same thing happened. It did not proc on his ult but did proc on the q.
