[Gameplay] Twitch Audio Bug

Playing a game in Urf as Aatrox. My team had a Twitch and everytime he placed a ward I could hear his warding quote no matter where I was on the map. I don't know if anyone else could cause no one would talk to me so it may be a really weird Aatrox bug or a Twitch bug
