GAME BREAKING -- Neeko bug [Gameplay]

So I was playing a game with 3 other friends the other day. Everything was going peachy up until the time stamp displayed in the screenshot provided (20:50). I was disguised as Draven, went to collapse on the enemy over extending started channeling my ult, pressed W for the invisibility and movement speed, prepared to flash in and win the team fight. However, the second I pressed W (After using my ult) I was killed in .12 seconds after only taking 500 odd damage. My jaw dropped with how quickly I was killed. One can also see from the screenshot that I only have a mana pool of 600 at 20 minutes in, which is odd because Ludens Echo gives 600 MP by itself... After spawning I noticed things got even weirder, I had only 300 some HP, I also had 2.50 attack speed, but had melee range and could not auto attack anything on the map. After that I played around to see if I could push it further, I sold Ludens Echo which caused me to have a mana pool of 0 and as a result my mana bar dissapeared all together. I have the game recorded and will be posting a video of it late afternoon tomorrow so people can take a closer look at it.
