Jhin bug

Recently I've been playing Jhin and i discovered a bug with his q. In some cases (a lot of cases actually) it only bounces 2 times even if there are minions and champions nearby. This bug denies a lot of my poke, so I would like too see this fixed asap. I hope that I'm not the only one who noticed this.
