Can't join clash team

I keep getting an error complete placement matches, when i have already completed them. Any help would be appreciated.

Similar problem here. I don't think it's queue specific since someone in an earlier thread was having this problem with flex, I'm having it with solo/duo.

Same with me, I completed my solo/duo ranked placements but not flex. Says I can't make or join a team because I have not completed my placements (not specifically asking for flex or solo queue) and on the Clash page, it says 'Requirements to participate are Finish your placements in either Solo/Duo or Flex'.
