Double Farsight Glitch[GAMEPLAY]

I only did it once but as most of you know, a farsight ward has a long cooldown and can only be used once each cooldown. Well the other day I was toplane and had rift herald, I started to summon Rift Herald and then during the summoning I used my farsight ward. Then somehow after the summoning was complete, my farsight ward was THERE again, and I was able to use it again, effectively placing 2 FARSIGHTS because of the use of Herald.

Definitely not a game breaking bug/glitch or whatever but I felt like I should share. Maybe it was just a fluke that time.
