[CLIENT] Unable To Select Champion - Booted from game

I was in matchmaking for the Nemesis game type. After banning, I changed my summoner spell slot 1 before selecting a champion for the opposing team. Once I had changed my spell, I could not select a champion.

I was able to browse the champions without problem, however clicking on a portrait did not result in a selection.

After time ran out, I was removed from the game and given a 15 minute penalty before being able to join a new game.
