20 mins que problem!!

today 2/6/2016 around 11:15. I dont know what happn but i was on loading screen and waiting i look at everybodys loading 100% and waited around 11:30 or some thing. i alt tab and check my desktop and i saw a pop out saying kernel not responding and game crashes. so i decided to restart my laptop and log in when i was tryna play normal ques then theirs a popout again saying i cant play for 20mins . all i wanted was to play and didnt do anything wrong to git punish like this. Roit please do something about this issues im willing to wait 20mins but please fix sumthing or anything ASAP . thank you for ur help!!. - BoSSxi
