Gameplay/Client Bug - Ezreal (Skill Tab- W) - Essence Flux

Bug/Issue - W (Essence Flux) Would Not Allow Me To Level It Up Until Level 18 Description: After Reaching Level 2, The Tabs Popped For All Skills To Have The Option Of Being Chosen... The W Tab Had No Number, Or Way Of Leveling It Up. The Tab Simply Remained Up With No Number Value Or Way To Choose The Skill. I Tried Shift Options For Choosing Skills, And Had No Luck. Champion -_ Ezreal_ Game Type: _Ranked _ Step 1: Game Start Step 2: Picked Q at Level 1 **Step 3: **Had Tab Screen Open When Leveling to 2 **Step 4: **Tabs Appeared, W Became Stuck With No Number **Step 5: **Level 18 Accomplished, Then Amazingly.. The Skill Tab Was Able To Be Clicked
