Quinn Blinding assault BUG (It SHOULD NOT prevent you from attacking anymore)

Yes I'M AWARE that it should be just reduced vision, but ADDITIONALLY it blinds you like it used to.

Every thread i found about this bug just got replied with "LOL ITS NOT BLIND ANYMORE ITS REDUCED VISION YOU DUMBASS"

Yes i perfectly know that but at the moment it does BOTH. Reduced vision AND blind. At least @ eune
