After the 6 min punishment, I still can't play

I left a match before. My friends told me that I'll get a punishment, but i won't be banned. After 2 days, I logged in again. I joined a match, but when the preparing time was over, my pc's screen became black. I waited for it about 3 hrs, but it still black. I closed my pc, just kept waiting. 8 hrs later, i opened my pc the black screen was gone. I checked my profile, it said that i won a match, but i didn't do anything!? I want to ask for the solution from the solution of this issue, hoping that Riot Game can fixes it as soon as possible, and remember to leave a comment if you have a similar problem like me.
