I just finished a game as Rakan jungle with an S- rating and got no Hextech Chest. I don't believe I have gotten a chest with him already this season as I have only owned him for about 2 days. If anyone could help me out with this that would be great. As a side-note I wish there was a way to check if we have gotten a chest with a particular champion already in the new client.
By my knowledge if you go to your collection to view all the champions you have. If you hover over a champion it should tell you. You only get 4 chests per month (1 per week cd) If you already have all the chests then you won't be able to get a new one untill it refreshes in a week. I believe you're able to see how many are available for you to get on your profile screen.
Just checked my profile and everything. I have not received a chest for ANY of my champions according to the profile screen, I have 4 chests available, and I'm still not receiving chests. Just finished a game where 2 of my arranged teammates got S grades and nothing.
I just had this problem too. Just bought Rakan today, got an S- and it says I've recieved a chest but i didnt..
