Game Timeout

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but I'm constantly plagued with "game timeout". "sorry your game has timed out". I all of sudden get disconnected during champion select. I still see everything happen, people are still selecting and champions getting banned. However, all of sudden the person selecting before me runs there timer to "0" seconds and nothing appears for me to select. Nothing. I'm stuck there staring at a "0" on the person before me and then everyone leaves the game. I'm still in the game after everyone leaves and then it finally kicks me out saying I quit out of the game. I get a negative countdown to start another game as it was me who disconnected from the game. Which is not the case. For some reason when it comes to me I can't select and play. It is very very frustrating!! I want this fixed, I want my points back from ranked and I don't want to wait 5 mins for something that is obviously not my fault. My internet connection is great. I have a very good computer. I don't know why this is happening.
