Internet is f*cked up

i go in a game and it doesn't load like for 3-5 minutes just 0%. Then it shows me an error that says "sorry we couldn't find your internet connection" THEN MY INTERNET IS AT MAXIMUM POWER so please tell me is this only with me or with others too. And is this fixable?
