Black Screen 5.14

Ever since I patched LoL the game just black screens once I login (put in my password and user name). I tried waiting an hour still was black screened. There's no play button, no friends list, no news feed, etc. I just have the patch number (top left) and I have the close button and minimize button (top right). Is there any way to fix it?

I've spent over 200 dollars or close to and don't want to lose all my time and money.
