[GAMEPLAY] GP Parrrley on Illlaoi Tentacles

As GP in a normal game, I saw that with gp's q you can target illaoi's tentacles and show that you can target it, only to do nothing. When actually activating the q, it will play no animation, do no damage, and still give the q a cooldown timer.

1. Try to q illaoi's tentacle.
2. Done.
