Item Set: Abyssal Mask appears under Magic Penetration; Eye of the Equinox not appearing under CDR

The items sets need some updating. Abyssal mask still appears as a magic pen item even though it doesn't give magic pen anymore. Eye of the Equinox was buffed awhile back to give 10% cooldown reduction, but it doesn't show up when the filter for CDR is turned on.
