Item sets aren't appearing in game.

As of patch 4.20 my item sets have not shown up whilst in game, i have a 33 item sets in total and not one is showing up in game, its really annoying me and screwing up my game play (because i have to waste more time in shop then needed).

Minor notes: Each of my item sets have 3 to 5 block in them and 6+ item in each block. Newly created item sets don't show up either.

Useful help is appreciated.
