[GAMEPLAY] Veigar Q and R range smaller than they shoudl be (650)

According to the League of legends mainpage Veigars Q (Baleful Strike) and R (Primordial Burst) are 650. After some testing i recognized that the range was lower than Caitlyns autoattack range, which is 650. This happens to be on every Veigar skin and isnt a visual Bug. At the moment his Q and R range are lower than 650. Here are some screenshots for comparison.

Edit: Nvm my bad, didnt know Autoattack range and spellrange are calculated different.
