A Bug in champ select cost me a game in my series.

I am in my silver 3 series all was going good I was on a winning roll. I won my first game and was moving on to the next. While I was in champ select a small client showed up on my tool bar and it had the League client image on it. So I though okay its flashing it must be a message from a buddy. Once I clicked on it a box showed up that said" Can not create dump". Then the box vanished and my client closed. Then it reopened and I could still hear the sounds of champ select but the screen was black. I couldn't do anything. I frantically tried to click on any champ and lock in so I wouldn't doge and take a loss in my series. It was to no avail. The screen returned me back to the role select screen and said that I had dodged. I then looked at my profile and the ranked tab under it. Sure enough I had been given a loss.

My hope is that someone will see this and fix the problem for other players. I really wish they could fix this. Just think if it was a high elo player going for challenger. How would you as a company respond to a bug that cost people a promotion.

The best out come of this would be fixing the bug and reverting the loss. I do not have my hopes up for them to do this but it would be nice. I will settle for them fixing the bug and taking measures to not penalize players when a bug does happen.
