ARAM: reroll count not set back to original value if player cancels game queue

Hi Guys,

Not sure if this has always been the case but when a player quits the aram queue before everyone has loaded in usually your reroll count value goes back to its original amount. I have noticed this is not the case lately and just want to confirm this is intentional?
