I cannot log back in after leaving a game in progress.

Two times in the past two days, I have been unable to rejoin a game after having to leave it while it's in progress.

The first time, my laptop's battery ran too low and the screen went black, and wouldn't turn back on unless I switched my laptop off and on again. (My fault for not having it plugged in). I attempted to rejoin as quickly as possible, however, when I loaded the Launcher, I was met with a message telling me "We may not be able to log you in if you are offline" or something of the sort, and true to form, I was unable to log in, essentially forcing my team into a 4v5 defeat.

Just minutes ago, I encountered the same issue. League had opened a second client after I had started the game (another bug, I presume) despite me having checked the box that tells League to close the client once the game starts. I had to use Task Manager to close this second client, due to the obscene amount of lag it was causing. Unfortunately, this also closed the game in progress. Unlike last time, however, this was not a ranked game, so I was not too upset about this minor set back, and once again, attempted to reconnect as quickly as possible. However, upon reloading the launcher, I was, once more, met with the exact same message.

While typing this bug report, I had League open in the background, running a full repair, which has allowed me to log in faster than I was locked out yesterday, however the game is already over, and my team, naturally, lost. Of course, I now have a five game Leavebuster, purely because of League's own bugs.

I do have screenshots of the first instance, however I unfortunately did not think to take one of the second. However, there does not be any place to upload them here, if anyone could provide assistance in this, that would be wonderful.

Still no reply from Riot and I've played five games (having to sit and stare at the same godforsaken message for twenty minutes each time) and I'm still in the "Low Priority Queue"thanks to something that was completely out of my control.

Is this how Riot treats all of its customers? Penilising them for their mistakes?
