Please fix the BUG Won a rank game but did not get any league point or influence point. And skin bug

As you can see from the picture, The game that I was playing zed and didn't get any influence point(ip) nor any League point. I won 6 games in row start from 0 Lp and usually i got average 17 points per game and I only have 67 LP right now. Also in that game there was a bug with my zed skin that did not display and you can see that from the link I provided. The reason that I think might cost this problem is I chose my primary as jungle and there was another player that choose his/her primary as mid, and that player picked zed, and the enemy team picked Oriana to counter. That player said he hated the match up zed into Oriana so he wanted to swap with me and go to jungle. I accepted that and I picked Jax for him, then we swapped champion, I think champion swap might cost that problem. I personally do not care about the skin bug or influence point, but I do care about I did not get my league point, because every league point count, and supposedly I only need to win one more game to get to promo, now I need 2 games, and anything can happen in those two game that might cost me my rank . So please fix this bug and give my league point back!!
