Chest glitch?

SO new season started and all my chest rewards reset so I could get them again and for some odd reason its giving me chests for some champs but not for others for example: I get a S as a aatrox for the first time in the season It doesnt show the chest animation after game and I go to collection and it even says I got an S but it doesnt show chest given nor has the the border around the champion
