new client can't connect at first time to the game

after the champ. selection the connection to the game fails "because of the internet connection" says the errror window. but my internet connection is pretty good. in order to enter my game i stop pressing the try again button and cancel it from the error window. Finally i reconnect the game from the client and no problem i am connected. but doing this every .. game is boring and disturbing. So what is the problem is it because of the new client or me?? (sorry for grammering mistakes if any)
