Game Doesn't Load

This has been happening for a couple weeks now, even after trying to reinstall client and rebuilding to fix errors. What happens is that I am able to successfully go through champion select and then I simply cannot load into the game. My connection is fine, I checked on the league connection score page and I had a score of 96. Essentially I get stuck where I can see the base client with chat and it simply says that I am in the game without any opportunity to rejoin the game. This error is not consistent so I have no way to prepare for it. It is extremely aggravating because it has now caused me to lose several ranked games due to "leaving" even though I never even had the opportunity to join the game. Additionally I have now been placed into a lower search queue because of "afk" behavior. Once again I am trying to join the game and my connection is fine my game simply never loads so I am punished for an issue I have no control over. Please help or fix this issue.
