Critical Error?!?

So last night I started getting a critical error when trying to start a match. I would go through champ select fine, but the error would pop up right as the second window would pop up to actually connect everyone and load the game. I kept trying to fix this, but nothing would work. (I uninstalled and reinstalled, forced updates, etc) I ended up completely shutting off my computer and when I got on this morning, the game updated and seems to be working fine. However, for the three games I was able to test if the solutions worked where I still got the error, I was put in a 20 MINUTE low priority queue for 5 GAMES. I was wondering if there was any way to get this removed because the issue was 100 percent out of my control, and now I'm waiting again to see if the update this morning fixed the problem. I don't want to get into a game after 20 minutes only for me to disconnect again because the game won't load.

P.S. The games I couldn't connect to were only bot games, including the first. So it wasn't like I kept ruining people's real games by constantly disconnecting. Also I never got a five minute restriction either, and the last time I rage quit or disconnected from a game was probably months ago, and I'm pretty sure the last time I got a punishment for it was for 5 minutes years ago.
