[Client] Unable to connect to chat or see home page.

For the past few days, I've been unable to connect to chat or see the home page for the life of me. This happens with every single log in, and no available solution that I've seen is working. Repairing, doing every internet-explorer related fix, etc. Nothing. Entering games is still possible, but chatting in lobby is impossible. Cannot see what lanes other people call, nor can I call my own roles. Picking is total guesswork.
