Ornn's W with Yorick's Mistwalkers

Is Ornn's W supposed to apply damage to Yorick's Mistwalkers? Just played against Yorick for the first time with Ornn and my W would not apply damage to the ghouls. Unsure if Q/E does, but I definitely know the W didn't.

Not sure if this is intentional or not. Don't see any notes regarding damaging ghouls in patch notes.
