QOL "Bug" fix request Pantheon's Passive Block

When Pantheon blocks an attack, poisons and other DoT effects still apply (The poison from Teemo's Toxic Shot, for example). If a dart plinks off of a shield with no damage done, it is only logical that the poison it was coated with does not enter one's bloodstream!

Is this a recognized problem? If so, will it be addressed?

If not, I hope this post raises awareness so that it can be looked at!

To reproduce the bug, charge up Pantheon's passive then get hit by Teemo's Toxic Shot. The attack will be "blocked" but then the poison will tick away.
