[GAMEPLAY] Neeko - I became a clone (lost my regen, resistances, and health - but got movespeed!)

Might be hard to recreate but here's what happened right before:

1. I was disguised as another champ on my team (either Kayn or LB)
2. While a polymorph projectile was on the way to me, I hit W to stealth and ran away
3. While stealthed, I was hit by a Xayah Q which knocked me out of the transformation

After, I became a black box on my HUD, and I had 360 health. I'd get one shot by ANYTHING (even a morg W) because I had no resistances. I had the movespeed from it though and that's when my AD noticed I just... became my clone. Some screenshots cause I know it sounds whacky: https://imgur.com/a/oaYYnWd

Eventually, I died a couple of times (I was jsut trying to help T_T!) and I became LB again! Which fixed it, but still. Forced my team into a 4v5 for a bit.
