Disconnecting in-game, ping gets stuck at 500ms or another number ending with 0.

I keep disconnecting in-game randomly, and the ping gets stuck at 500ms or sometimes any number ending with 0. My internet is fine and works on other programs and devices. This has caused me being stuck in low priority queues, now for 20 minutes. Help?? And if any riot employee sees this, I suggest adding a system where the game checks your ping, or whether you're connected or not, before making these blind bans. Thank you!
