Bandit isn't giving 10 gold for abilities [Only confirmed on melee]
I don't have a video. But I've played as both Diana and Tham with the bandit mastery and was only receiving the 10 gold for auto attacks. No gold was given for spell hit.

Gain 3 gold (10 gold for melee) when basic attacking an enemy champion.
It says that you gain gold from basic attacking an enemy champion, nothing about giving gold if you hit them with a spell.
The in-game tooltip is wrong. It's slated to be corrected to state it only works on autoattacks in 5.23
