So i bought volibear yesterday and i played like 3 or 4 games with him and right now i played a game and got an s but didnt get a chest so i was like ok thats weird so i went to my champs list and i saw that it said that i already the chest with voli but I actaully never got the chest so can someone tell me why and yes i have 2 chests available which i can earn.
Well if it says you already gotten a cheat with him maybe between those 3-4 games you gotten an s before that and didn't realize you got a chest from that.
I'm thinking maybe you played him on rotation before and got a chest from that and you're forgetting about it now. What Sarutobi down there suggested isn't really possible just by the fact that it plays an animation that takes up the whole screen and makes it blatantly obvious that you got a chest.
You can get Chests without getting an S. Queue up with someone else, and if they get an S on their champion you get a Chest for the champion you're playing, regardless of how bad you do.
if you play with a premade and someone else gets an s you get the chest.
