Twisted Treeline Crashed For Me

I was playing a game with my friend and we were about 15 minutes, then the game just froze and neither me or him could move. We attempted to close the game and all the components with task manager then we restarted league and tried to reconnect to the game and it just stayed at a black screen. My other friend even tried to spectate and that didn't work. Now we have been waiting in the match over a hour. I don't know what to do so please help! We have tried literally everything. When I try to reconnect it just goes to a black screen. Help!!
