Champion Select/Broken Interface/Visual Bug

Champ select breaks in about one outta five games, not sure what to do or if any others have this problem.

Minimizing and reopening usually fixes the problem for me.

I would expect a GPU/CPU or internal software issue, but definately client side, there have been similar posts the past few days.
