The game keeps crashing and i cant tab out or close it until its over/remade

As the title says, game keeps crashing(that microsoft notification sound rings) and i cant tab out or close- just staring at a blank screen until remake/games over. Its happened 3 times today, before the 3rd time i did a full repair and queued up, same problem. never had this happen before today. any insight would be helpful

I’ve had this problem for years, have asked riot, they refuse to answer or help. So what I do is I set task manager to the top. So when it crashs, activate task manager which will lap over the game, close the league game, not client. The client will tell you to reload and you’ll be back in the game in no time.
