Abilities and Keyboard Keys Stop Working Altogether

So I have been experiencing this problem lately (I would say it has been happening for a few months), my spells quit working altogether. This is regardless of mouse, champion, map, runes and masteries, etc. I think it must occur when I hit a certain key or combination of keys. However, when I do this, I have no recollection of how it happens because it is unintentional. My mouse still works, but my keys are utterly useless. The only fix that I have found is to (Alt + Tab) and return to the game. I have no other problems with league. I'd say my hardware/software is pretty typical of most players (Windows 7, LAPTOP). I have my keybindings set as follows (I don't know if this will be beneficial or not):

1st ability - a 2nd ability - s 3rd ability - d 4th ability (ult) - f

Upgrade 1st ability - A Upgrade 2nd ability - S Upgrade 3rd ability - D Upgrade 4th ability (ult) - F

1st item active: q 2nd item active: w 3rd item active: g 4th item active: h 5th item active: 5 6th item active: 6

Summoner Spell 1: e Summoner Spell 2: r

Enemies Missing Ping: (Space) Request Assistance Ping: MB3 Danger Ping: n On My Way Ping: m Quick Ping 1: MB4 Quick Ping 2: MB5

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? If so, how did you fix it? I have just gotten fed up as it has costed me some important kills and has swayed teamfights in negative directions as I have no cc do to the lack of spells. Let me know. Thanks in advance to everyone, see you in game!
