Clicking Items doesn't report who is clicking them

Had a team troll me tonight by repeatedly shift clicking on my item so that it spammed the chat. The player who wasn't in on it was flaming me for spamming, except it wasn't me. I even thought it was my client or keyboard bugging out, because all the chat says is "Ashe: Cull". It doesn't tell you who is posting that. I think it used to?

It should say" "Malzahar-> Ashe: Cull" or something like that.

Come on, this is so obviously a stupid idea that is open for trolling.
