Hello! In my shop I have the project Lucian skin along with the Champion but it wont let me buy him. Is this because the champion is already on sale in the normal shop? I have enough rp.. Any help would be awesome! Thanks.

Yes, this would be because Lucian is currently on sale in the normal shop.

You can either buy Lucian for 50% off (or with IP) or you can wait until he is no longer on sale. Either option will allow you to make the purchase.
