Yet another bug with Death Recap/or might be a hec bug

This is a gameplay bug that occurred in aram, I was playing aatrox and died to being 2v1'd(obviously) yet when i clicked the death recap in order to tell what items to build to be tankier, it showed hecarim in both the assist spots, (which might be a bug in and of itself). In the left spot it showed that he had done 11%percent true damage to me, in the right spot was the damage he actually did. the hecarim admitted to not knowing how he did the true damage either because he did not have ignite or anything that would do true damage. I am currently unaware if this is yet another hec bug or if it is just another death recap bug. Also the revive icon doing mixed damage still has not been fixed, this also happened to me in this match but it was garen with no revive.
