Client Crashed during Champ Select

Was trying to play ranked and queued up, got into champ select and was able to choose my preferred champion. But then it wouldn't let me lock in when it came to my turn. Happened twice today and I lost some LP the first time and the second, I was in my series and got an instant loss when I logged in (; also it says I'm at 90 LP on my profile, yet still in series). I'm writing this now as I have a ~30 minute wait time to queue up again.

Wondering if this is an issue with the client or perhaps something wrong with my computer. If anyone has a fix for this, much appreciated.
