Sylas Gets Two Chances To Use Kled Ult Sometimes [GAMEPLAY]

Going to use the bullet list from the reddit bug thread since it seems like a decent format.

• Type of Bug: Gameplay/Ability
• Description: When Sylas ults a Kled he sometimes has Kled's ult a second time, using the base cd of Kled ult plus his own cdr for the cooldown calc.

• Steps to reproduce: I don't know for sure why it happens, but from the times in this game, it might be when Sylas steals from one form and ults when Kled is in another (Steals unmounted Kled's ult and uses it when Kled has remounted). If I could use practice tool with a friend or if there was a Kled bot I'd test by myself, sorry [sg-soraka]
• Expected result: Sylas uses Kled ult once and gets his own ult back
• Observed result: Sylas uses Kled ult and then has same ult on cd (Kled's ult cd * Sylas's cdr) until second cast from Sylas
• Reproduction rate: Usually at least once a game assuming you get ulted 3 or 4 times a game
