[GAMEPLAY] legendary skins:nightbringer yasuo, dawnbringer riven and odyssey kayn etc. VO bug

These champions having legendary skins with 2 sets of VO are buggy, they are not sensitive to moving VOs and attack VOs this bug has been here since half a year ago.

Both odyssey kayn and orginal kayn do not respond sensitively to moving and attacking VOs while pressing E or R trigger the VOs normally and this is the same for nightbringer yasuo and dawnbringer riven.

Normally every VO is given every 15 seconds after a command but for kayn now you need to not give a command for about 30 seconds and then give a command in order to let the game know to give an VO.The only normal VO is first move after starting a game and for odyssey kayn sometimes you need to press e to hear the respawn VOs and the E VO is overwritten.

To test this bug just enter a game with kayn,both skins are okay, just clear camps and you will find out he doesn't fucking speak except pressing e.

I hope Riot can fix this bug because hearing my champions edgy quotes really can make me enjoy the game more.

This bug has been here since forever ago plz fix !!

P.S. i don't play on this server and i reported on my Taiwan server and garena doesn't give a fuck plz help me real rioters plz help

P.P.S. Classic kayn prioritizes transform quotes,when he transforms,his buy quotes will cancel and proritize his trasform quotes.Can you do the same for Odyssey Kayn as well?Cancel his respawn quotes and prioritize the transfrom quotes like Classic Kayn.
